Return Policy

Please note that given the specific nature of sealed products in the Trading Card Game (TCG) sector, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or does not match its description, please reach out to us via email at pokemoncardfeverllc@gmail.com and we will address the issue accordingly.

For cancellations, requests are accepted if made before the product has been shipped. However, there is a cancellation fee of 3% of the original purchase price. This fee is subtracted from your refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.

  • NOTE: Shipping Insurance & Liability:

We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If a customer declines shipping insurance, TCG.DailyCardFever is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are scanned by the carrier.

Any claims for replacement or refund must be made through the carrier if insurance was not purchased.
