  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. TCGdailycardfever.shop will not be held liable for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

1.7 Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Stolen Packages (Delivered to Correct Address):

    • Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible once marks a package as "delivered" to the correct address provided. Mail theft is an issue beyond our control.

  • Lost in Transit or Wrong Address (Our Error):

    • If WE loses the package during transit or if we ship to an incorrect address due to our mistake (while you provided the right one), we will fully cover a refund or reshipment.

1.8 Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, and it is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

1.9 Shipping Insurance & Liability: 

  • We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during transit.

    If a customer declines shipping insurance, TCG.DailyCardFever is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are scanned by the carrier.

    Any claims for replacement or refund must be made through the carrier if insurance was not purchased.
